The Hong Kong Pool Club was founded in 2005 by Mr. Toni Jantschar. At the time mainly Snooker tables were available in actually Snooker Halls in Hong Kong and Pool, whilst widely played in Mainland China and in Hong Kong only in selected bars, was in its infancy as a professional and recognized sport in Hong Kong and Macau.
